Return and Refund Policy
Returning of the item due to change of mind is available with no extra charge, only when the original packaging is still intact or that the item is in its original condition. However, we will not refund the original postage and you will need to pay for the return delivery cost.
If the product sent is not the item you ordered, please return the wrong item, and we will send you correct item. You will be reimbursed for the costs incurred for returning the wrong item.
Only applicable to cases where –
- The product is damaged:
- damages incurred during the delivery process, or
- damages due to careless handling by the purchaser
- Refunds or return will not be available where
- The damaged product is contained and sealed in its original packaging, and
- The damage can only be discovered after the removing of its original packaging
- In which case, we will not be liable, but we will assist the purchaser to contact the manufacturer.
- The product is found to be different to its description stated in our online store, in which case, the purchaser can either
- Keep the product, or
- Return the product to us, and receive a full refund including the original postage
- Please contact us in order to arrange for the return or refund process.
- Please allow time for resending of an order.
